She has a doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy and is currently pursuing a PhD in business administration. understanding basic instructions

I am new to the computer just got one I really do not know much. I can answer and write e-mails that is the exstand of my knowledge. I am 70 and trying to learn. Looking for basic lessons with vocabulary and simple steps for learning. Thanks.
