Windows XP - 2nd time

This is the second time I am taking this course. The first time was quite a while ago (it was so long that you deleted it from my profile). Recently I experienced software problems and had to call support. The course basics gave me a good idea of what the troubleshooter was doing, and I was even able to throw in an idea or two. After solving the problems, I had to review the course to gain more understanding and knowledge. Many thanks for execllent work.
