I can't access to HPtotal care advisor- My pc is s5120y vista home premium

I can not get the HP total care advisor, but in the program list appears HP total care setup, but it is not working.
How to get PC health and security?
How to get the PC Health tool?

Hmmm, maybe try running it manually.

Click Start, then type "total care" into the search field, and then select HP Total Care Advisor from the list.

I did according your instructions but I don't get in the list total care advisor. what I get is =search results in indexed locations= and a list of programs and files.
there is a total_care3.ico, but I guess it is not what I am loocking for.
I search but without results.
what can I do?

Hmm, if you have the icon, it would seem you'd have the program. Do you think it got uninstalled?

Call the toll free HP help line and get help by talking to a live person. The phone number should be included in your warranty information for the computer. Send a message back if you do not have the phone number. Yes, there are problems with this uncoordinated thing called vista - but you can get appropriate help from a live person. Good luck.
