Answering quiz

I am not able to select an answer to the quiz questions. Any ideas as to why I am unable to check the answers?

Honestly, I have no idea, except that you might not have read through all of the materials in the course. If that's the case, go back through each page, making sure you click the Next Steps links at the end of the page. If that doesn't unlock the quiz, then I suggest you use the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the page to reach the tech service department. They'll be able to help you in no time.

I had the same issue.. I was halfway into lesson 2 before I went back (to the home page) and then went into lesson #1 option. You probably downloaded the lesson like I did, & you can't answer that portion. Go home (page)....???

Yeah, working through the PDF isn't the same as working through the lessons online. That could definitely be the problem if you're having issues with the quiz working.

At least I'm not doing this 4 credits! I did terrible on the quizzes but I printed it all and have learned it all. I didn't work from PDF.

my system would not allow me to fill in any of the questions either. Could it be because I am was using my office computer on thier network?

I just printed the quiz pages and anwered them by hand...Don't know how I did.

Very good class...I think I learned alot. I am ready to put it to practice this weekend when I tackle my (slow) personal computer.

Not being able to answer the quiz questions might be because you haven't clicked through all of the pages in the lesson. I suggest you try that, and if that doesn't work, use the CONTACT US link on the left side of the page to reach tech support and ask for their help. I'm not sure what the issue is, but they'll know for sure.

One thing you should know, if you don't complete all of the elements of the course online, then the system won't release your certificate of completion. That includes the quiz. It's the way the tracking system works...
