General CommentI found the class useful, even though I have Windows XP on my laptop and some of the subject matter pertained to Windows Vista. As jenni1977 mentioned, I didn't know to remove my battery from my laptop when I am using A.C.power (which I almost always do, since my laptop is used as a desktop replacement.) I wish I had known this, and perhaps HP can suggest as much to future customers. Nov 4, 2009
