addresses various Windows Vista troubleshooting issues, discusses how to

This class is geared toward users who want to troubleshoot and optimize their
personal computer using Windows Vista tools and utilities.
How this class works
This course consists of six lessons; each has an assignment and a quiz. Read
the lesson, complete its assignment, and then test your knowledge by taking
the quiz.
Many people find that the most helpful part of an HP course is the Message

What this class covers
The basic principles of PC troubleshooting -- focusing on the Windows Vista
operating system -- are covered in this six-lesson course. Instead of taking
potshots at specific problems, this course helps you develop a core set of
tools and techniques you can use in any troubleshooting situation.

Although most of this course is specific to Windows Vista, it sometimes
mentions other Windows operating system options that may be helpful if you
use an older version.
